Responsibilities
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and answering questions.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners by providing exceptional customer service.
- Recommend HVAC products and services that best meet customer needs.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer communication.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience preferred (HVAC experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
