Minimum Qualifications

- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Client requires experience supporting mobility programs, transfers, and restorative care within a SNF environment (preferred).
