QA Technician II
Rocklin, CA
Full-Time | Pay $25.00 per hour
We're hiring an experienced QA Technician to support quality inspections in a precision manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
- Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and Zeiss CMM (Calypso).
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Ensure calibration and ESD compliance.
- Read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of QA experience in manufacturing.
- Required: Zeiss CMM (Calypso) experience.
- Proficient with inspection tools and quality documentation.
- Experience with Excel; ERP/Oracle is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive inspection tasks.
- Excellent manual dexterity and close vision.
