RV Service Technician – Diagnostics, Repairs &
Advanced Power Systems
Elite Coach Works is looking for an experienced RV Service Technician who takes pride in quality
workmanship, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to be part of a positive, high-performing team.
We aren't a volume-driven shop focused on quick fixes. Our customers come to us because they want
problems diagnosed properly and repaired correctly. We specialize in advanced electrical systems, lithium
battery upgrades, solar installations, custom modifications, and solving the issues that other shops can't.

What We're Looking For!
- Proven RV technician experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic ability
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Professional communication and documentation skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing RV electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
- Installing and servicing lithium battery systems, solar systems, inverters, chargers, and monitoring
equipment
- Performing custom upgrades, modifications, and specialty installations
- Troubleshooting complex issues and identifying root causes
- Working on slide-outs, leveling systems, generators, appliances, and coach systems
- Documenting repairs with clear notes, photos, and explanations
- Fabricating and modifying components when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Lithium battery and solar experience
- Victron Energy experience
- Multiplex systems knowledge
- Fabrication or welding skills
- Extensive RV diagnostic experience

Work Environment
- Full-time, in-person position in Castaic, California
- Standard work schedule
- Technicians provide their own standard hand tools
- Specialty tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop-specific equipment are provided
- Overtime opportunities may be available based on workload and project requirements
