Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to join our growing team. Candidates must have experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to meet production goals. All candidates will be required to complete a sewing assessment prior to placement.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture and assemble textile products.
- Produce quality work while meeting daily production standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow work instructions and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial sewing experience required.
- Home sewing machine experience does not qualify.
- Must be proficient in operating at least one of the following industrial sewing machines:

- Overlock
- Coverstitch
- Single Needle
- Zig Zag
- Experience with the following operations is a plus:

- Attaching collars
- Attaching zippers
- Sewing buttons and buttonholes
- Ability to communicate in English or Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

- All candidates must pass a sewing skills assessment prior to placement.
- Assessment appointments must be scheduled in advance.
