If you enjoy building processes, solving operational challenges, and creating lasting improvements, you'll thrive in this role.
You Will
- Lead the company's people operations, office administration, fleet administration, safety administration, and technology coordination.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, benefits administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Serve as the primary internal HR leader while partnering with outside HR experts on complex employee relations and compliance matters.
- Manage and develop the Office Assistant while helping build the future HR team.
- Oversee safety administration, training records, and compliance documentation.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and operating rhythms that improve accountability and visibility.
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical, scalable solutions.
- Build systems that reduce executive involvement in day-to-day HR and administrative issues.
You Have
- Leadership experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Business Operations, or Corporate Services within a growing organization.
- Experience building scalable HR processes, policies, and operational systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.
- Experience leading and developing HR or administrative team members.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with executives and drive organizational improvements.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills and the ability to quickly learn new business systems.
Benefits for You
Compensation starts at $160,000–$180,000, depending on your experience.
You'll receive comprehensive medical benefits, a retirement plan, and the opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing company. You'll work alongside ownership with the autonomy to build systems, strengthen operations, develop your team, and create the structure that enables the business to continue scaling successfully
