CT Technologist – Minimum Requirements
\n Specialty: CT Technologist
\n Shift: Nights
\n Schedule: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
\n Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
\n Required Certifications & Licenses
\n ARRT (R)
\n ARRT (CT)
\n BLS Certification
\n Active California Radiologic Technologist License (CA RAD License)
\n Required Experience
\n Minimum 2 years of recent CT Tech experience
\n Acute Care/Hospital experience required
\n Experience performing both CT and General Radiology (Plain Films/X-Ray)
\n Ability to work independently on overnight shifts
\n Required Skills
\n CT imaging of head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities
\n Contrast and non-contrast studies
\n Trauma and Emergency Department imaging
\n General Radiography/Plain Film exams
\n Patient positioning and radiation safety
\n Image quality assessment and post-processing
\n Strong communication and patient care skills
\n Preferred Qualifications
\n Experience in a fast-paced hospital environment
\n Trauma and stroke imaging experience
\n Familiarity with PACS and hospital EMR systems
\n Ability to multitask between CT and X-Ray responsibilities
