Preferred Background and Skills:
- Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric environments is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Compassionate, team-minded, and eager to work with diverse student populations
- Organizational skills and a proactive approach to caseload management
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnostics, and therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement tailored IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reports
- Support and empower each student’s unique path of communication growth
