We are seeking a Project Supervisor to join our team!
• Oversee the construction process and ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Enforce site safety regulations to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues or disputes that may arise during construction.
• Ensure teams work collaboratively to deliver high-quality projects within strict deadlines.
• Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• Monitor construction activities and provide training and team-building sessions as needed.
• Schedule and lead regular meetings with vendors, inspectors, managers, and staff.
• Prepare reports, budgets, project plans, daily photo reports, and weekly progress reports.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Stay up to date with safety codes, OSHA regulations, and advancements in the construction industry.
• Process project-related paperwork and travel to multiple job sites within California and out of state as required.
• Manage and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and low overhead costs.
• Maintain clear communication and accurate project documentation throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years' experience in construction management or other related fields (commercial, industrial and housing) with the ability to work in California and Nevada.
• Experience in commercial building projects, including remodels and new construction.
• Experience working on food chain restaurant projects such as Taco Bell, Burger King, and Popeyes.
• Familiarity with construction work and engineering software programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Loyalty and honesty.
• Legal residency in the USA with the ability to provide all required employment documentation.
• Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Safety leadership and management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of construction codes and OSHA regulations.
