Driver Leader Pay & Incentives
- Average annual earnings of $87,500
- Top performers earn up to $110,000 per year
- Annual pay range of $71,000–$104,000
- Guaranteed $1,500 weekly pay

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have at least 1 year of safe driving experience
- Maintain an acceptable driving record
- Meet all DOT qualifications
- Pass a DOT physical, DOT drug screen, and company hair follicle test
- Be able to perform the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Provide acceptable employment references
