ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for school-based positions in San Francisco, CA for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details:
Full-time Special Education Teacher openings
Support students with diverse learning needs
Multiple classroom settings may be available based on experience and licensure
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction based on students' IEP goals
Develop and implement individualized education plans
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
Active California Special Education teaching credential required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
Previous school-based experience preferred
