Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct instruction and modify teaching techniques to accommodate varying learning styles and abilities
- Track, assess, and document student progress, updating IEPs as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support the integration of students into inclusive classrooms
- Communicate progress and challenges with parents/guardians proactively and professionally
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
