We are seeking an experienced HVAC & Heat Pump Water Heater Service Technician who is a strong problem-solver, team player, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. This is not an entry-level position—we’re looking for someone with proven field experience who can independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and heat pump water heaters in residential settings.

Compensation:
$30 - $55 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and heat pump water heaters efficiently, ensuring optimal performance for clients.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future issues and extend the life of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their system's condition and the necessary steps for repair or maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, ensuring transparency and accountability in all interactions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC system troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
- Proven track record of installing and replacing HVAC components efficiently.
- Ability to diagnose electrical issues using a multimeter with precision.
- Skill in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Competence in checking and adjusting refrigerant charge for optimal system performance.
- Experience in commissioning newly installed systems to ensure peak efficiency.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including heat pump water heaters, with attention to detail and quality standards.
