About the Role

We are seeking a well-connected, strategic Business Development professional to drive growth within the luxury hospitality space. This is not a traditional sales role—this position is focused on relationship building, industry influence, and early project engagement.

The ideal candidate brings an established network within hospitality, design, or development and knows how to open doors, create opportunities, and secure high-value partnerships.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with:
    • Luxury hotel brands
    • Interior designers & architects
    • Developers and ownership groups
  • Identify and engage in projects early (pre-bid/RFP stage)
  • Generate and close high-value, long-term deals
  • Position the company as a trusted partner, not just a vendor
  • Attend industry events, network, and represent the brand
  • Grow key accounts into multi-project partnerships


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in:
    • Hospitality, interior design, furniture, or related industry
  • Strong existing network in luxury hospitality or design
  • Proven ability to generate business through relationships
  • Experience closing large or enterprise-level deals
  • Highly self-driven with a hunter mentality
  • Strong communication and executive presence
