Pay: $21.00 per hour

- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when required
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and interpret measurements using a standard ruler/tape measure
- Follow production schedules and work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to accurately read and use a ruler/tape measure
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
