Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

We are hiring a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional for a full-time contract role in Mill Valley, CA. If you are patient, adaptive, and passionate about helping students with diverse learning needs succeed, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Work 1-on-1 or in small groups with students who need extra academic or behavioral support.
Assist the lead Special Education teacher with classroom management and lesson adaptation.
Help implement IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals and track daily progress.
Foster a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for learning.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma required (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).
Experience working with children (schools, daycare, behavior intervention, or youth sports).
A reliable, empathetic professional who can adapt quickly to student needs.
Must clear standard California school background checks/fingerprinting.
