What You'll Do
- Recruit, coach, and develop a successful team of independent sales agents.
- Lead sales meetings, field training, and ongoing performance coaching.
- Grow your own book of business through B2B employee benefits sales.
- Build relationships with business owners, HR leaders, brokers, and key decision-makers.
- Create a winning culture built on teamwork, accountability, recognition, and success.
- Mentor agents to achieve personal and professional growth while expanding your agency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales and sales leadership.
- Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing top talent.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a business.
- Active Life & Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with uncapped, performance-based earnings. Compensation includes commissions, renewal income, bonuses, and incentive travel. Earnings are based solely on sales results and are not guaranteed.
