Your Core Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized yard—materials and equipment stored properly.
- Assist customers with efficient loading and unloading while delivering great service.
- Inspect the yard routinely to identify and correct safety concerns.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and productively.
- Coordinate with teammates to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Handle routine equipment maintenance; escalate issues to management promptly.
- Comply with all safety protocols and company policies.
Do You Have These Qualifications?
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Background in yard or warehouse work (nice to have).
- Comfort operating forklifts and yard equipment (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
- Clear communication and strong people skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in all weather conditions.
- Team-first mindset and a positive approach.
Preferred Proficiencies
- Driver's License
- Warehouse Experience
- Material Handler Experience
- Industrial Cleaning Equipment Operation
- Loading and Unloading Vehicles
- Forklift Licensed
