We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to support HR technology initiatives, process improvements, and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) projects. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to gather requirements, improve processes, coordinate testing efforts, and drive successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience within ServiceNow HRSD environments and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced organization. This is a business-facing role focused on requirements, stakeholder engagement, documentation, testing, and solution support rather than system configuration or development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and process reviews.
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
- Support day-to-day platform operations, including intake management, enhancement requests, requirements analysis, testing coordination, issue tracking, and stakeholder support.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, test plans, and project documentation.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to support solution design, delivery, and adoption.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, requirements clarification, and solution validation activities.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, script development, execution, and defect management.
- Assist with platform enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) initiatives.
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and test plans.
- Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Experience working collaboratively across business and technical teams.
- Experience working within Agile environments and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience within healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Employee Services, HR Operations, Knowledge Management, or Employee Experience programs.
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Certification.
- Experience supporting platform enhancements and continuous improvement efforts.
