Key Qualifications:
- Master’s in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Active OT license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with school-based OT practices
- Background in home health, teletherapy, and broader healthcare environments is a plus
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services onsite within a high school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings as required
