Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
- Support clients in developing social and life skills.
- Implement individualized care plans and monitor progress.
- Document daily activities and report any changes in client behavior.
- Encourage participation in community activities and events.
- Provide transportation to appointments and outings as needed.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Collaborate with team members and family to ensure quality care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
