Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Analyst to support large-scale digital transformation and business modernization initiatives. This role will serve as a key member of a growing change management function, partnering with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Based in Los Angeles, CA, the position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change and enhance organizational readiness across strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies that support successful adoption of business and technology initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Create and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans that support project objectives.
- Identify change-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to increase adoption and minimize resistance.
- Partner with project managers and business leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement efforts and build alignment across multiple groups.
- Track adoption metrics, monitor change progress, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support and coach project teams, sponsors, and business leaders throughout the change lifecycle.
- Develop communication materials, reports, presentations, and training resources.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of change management practices.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 – $113,000.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, project delivery, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience developing communications, stakeholder engagement plans, and training programs.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Change Management certification or completion of a formal change management program.
- Experience supporting website, digital experience, communications, workplace collaboration, or customer-facing technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and project lifecycle processes.
- Experience within nonprofit, education, cultural, or mission-driven organizations.
- Experience creating training materials and leading employee engagement programs.
- Knowledge of user adoption measurement, organizational readiness assessments, and change analytics.
