Position: Behavior Interventionist
Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
- Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Qualifications
High School Diploma REQUIRED
Bachelors in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required).
Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must pass the TB test.
Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.

We are currently hiring throughout San Fernando County including but not limited to:
Van Nuys, Canoga Park, Winnetka, Arleta, Panorama City, North Hills, Glendale, Northridge, North Hollywood, Pacoima, San Fernando, and Sylmar.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $22.00$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
Parttime start: 1520 hours per week to begin
Path to fulltime: Opportunity to grow into fulltime hours depending on center needs and your availability
