This role is ideal for a Speech Language Pathologist who thrives in a collaborative, school-based environment and is passionate about supporting student success.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active California Speech Language Pathologist License (CA SLP License)
- Clinical experience or relevant internships supporting pediatric or adolescent populations
- Certification in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Proven ability to function independently and provide guidance alongside support staff
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Role Highlights:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 67 students with support from a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for therapy 3-4 days per week
- Work closely with educational teams and families to develop, implement, and track progress of individualized plans
- Manage assessments, IEP development, therapy documentation, and student progress reports for a diverse age group across two school locations
- Commit to a 5-day work week, 37.5 hours per week, from August through December 2026
