Step into a dynamic onsite contract opportunity near Antioch, CA, designed for professionals passionate about supporting student communication and success. This position centers on delivering high-quality speech-language pathology (SLP) services within a collaborative school environment. Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and SLPs holding CCC certification are encouraged to apply. Please note that only fully credentialed SLPs are considered at this time; SLPA applications are not being accepted.

Ideal candidates will bring expertise in school-based settings, flexibility in addressing diverse student needs, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. As an essential resource for students and staff, your impact will help shape positive learning outcomes and foster communication skills that last a lifetime.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active SLP state licensure (or eligibility) and appropriate school credentials.
  • SLP-CCC or actively pursuing CFY with solid supervisory support.
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, and documentation abilities.
  • Commitment to working onsite in partnership with educators and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with educational standards.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
