What Youll Do:
- Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
- Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
- Collect and document data accurately
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
- Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
- Work across home, school, and clinic settings
What Were Looking For:
- A heart for helping children and families

- Motivation to learn and grow
- Reliability and strong followthrough
- Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
- Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)
- Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Schedule in El Monte, CA: Two different options!
- Morning shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 02:30 PM
- Afternoon shift: MondayFriday, 3:00 PM 7:30 PM
