Job Summary\n
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Pediatric Cardiovascular Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n

- Prepare for and assist in pediatric cardiovascular surgical procedures and general OR operations.
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to all infection control protocols during procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient and thorough completion of procedures.
- Administer and monitor conscious sedation and analgesics as required.
- Float to the main operating room as needed to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in on-call rotations, providing support during weekends and as scheduled.

Qualifications\n
- \n
- Current BLS and PALS certifications are required.
- Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience, with pediatric specialization preferred.
- Experience with pediatric cardiac surgeries, including congenital heart defects, is essential.
- Active California RN license required at the time of submission.
- Flexibility to float to the general OR and meet variable scheduling demands.
- Not suitable for first-time travelers; previous travel experience required.
