Front Desk/Membership Experience Advisor
Anytime Fitness Encinitas
Anytime Fitness Encinitas is looking for an energetic, people-first Membership Experience Advisor to help create a great experience for our members and guests. This is a part-time role, seeking 10–20 hours per week. What You'll Do
Front Desk & Facility Operations
- Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for members throughout the day
- Greet every member and guest with warmth and energy, creating a welcoming experience
- Perform basic daily cleaning and upkeep (wiping down equipment, restrooms, common areas) to keep the club looking its best
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records in our club management software
Membership Sales & Growth
- Conduct tours and consultations with prospective members, clearly communicating the value of our programs and services
- Convert leads and walk-ins into new memberships
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and past guests to keep the sales pipeline active
- Meet or exceed monthly membership sales goals
Member & Client Relationships
- Build genuine rapport with members — learn names, goals, and stories
- Check in regularly with members to support retention and engagement
- Help connect members with personal training, coaching, or other services that fit their needs
- Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliability and a strong sense of ownership over the club's appearance and operations
- Comfort with basic computer/software use (CRM, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Availability for 10–20 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
