**Exciting Opportunity for Rehab RN at Palomar Health Rehab!** Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of individuals recovering from debilitating injuries or illnesses? Join our dynamic team where you can use your skills to provide comprehensive care to patients in an innovative rehabilitation environment. **Position Highlights:** - **Role:** RN (Rehabilitation Nurse) - **Shift:** 7AM-7:30PM (3x12) - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours - **Schedule Requirements:** Must be able to work 4 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule - **Call Requirements:** None - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year - **Certifications Required:** BLS, RN License - **Floating Requirements:** Must have the ability to float to different units - **Patient Population:** Adults and Geriatric - **Patient Ratios:** 1:5 RN/LPN **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 52 inpatient rehabilitation beds - **EHR System:** CERNER **Ideal Candidate Attributes:** - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** Strong clinical skills, compassionate patient care - **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** CRN certification is a plus - **Common Diagnoses/Treatments:** Stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic injury **First Day Instructions:** - **Scrub Color:** Any - **Time to Report:** 7AM - **Contact Person Upon Arrival:** Robert Seely or Charge Nurse - **Parking:** Garage parking on the 5th floor (please request a temporary pass for the first day) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
