Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide basic hearing evaluation, otoscopic ear examination and manual cerumen removal in the SNF setting in N CA.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hearing assessments, otoscopic ear examinations and cerumen treatments and record in patient records

Coordinate audiology services and ENT referrals with social services, nursing staff and primary care physician

Travel to multiple SNF facilities in N CA setting your own schedule

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards
Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with active state license

Provide your own transportation with vehicle, CA driver license and active liability insurance
