Job Description
We specialize in the installation of all architectural sheet metal products on commercial projects which includes metal roofing, metal wall and soffit panel systems and general sheet metal on new construction and retro fit. We are looking for a strong candidate who possess the skills to effectively work with Foremen to ensure a successful completion of assigned projects on time and under budget with minimal call backs.
Role and Responsibilities
Includes the following with other duties as it is assigned.
- Min. commercial construction experience with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Installation of metal wall, roof, soffit panels, general sheet metal, aluminum composite panels and expansion joints.
- Be willing to learn the Four C’s Process!
- Have high standard of integrity and professionalism,
- Have a Go-Getter attitude.
- Be attentive to detail.
- Must be able to pass background screening.
- Must be in a good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing and ability to lift to 50lbs.
- Must be willing to travel as necessary to assigned jobs throughout the valley.
Experience & Schedule
- Construction: 1 Year
- Working outdoors year round
- Working overtime when needed
- Experience operating, non-exclusive lift, forklifts, and boom lifts
- Working with and around cranes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report as driving company vehicles may be necessary.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Monday – Friday (8-hour shift)

This position requires travel about 90–95% of the time and may require team members to remain out of town and stay in company-provided lodging for the entire workweek. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent overnight travel as an essential requirement of the position.
Environmental and physical requirements
Physical Conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and balance on uneven surfaces for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50–75 lbs (with or without assistance).
- Manual dexterity for handling tools and operating equipment.
- Visual and auditory acuity to identify hazards and communicate effectively.
Environmental Conditions
- Work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind).
- Exposure to dust, dirt, mud, and construction debris.
- High noise levels from heavy machinery and equipment.
- Potential exposure to hazardous materials (with proper PPE provided).
- Work at heights, in confined spaces, or near moving mechanical parts.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE (hard hats, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.).
