What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support apartment communities with day-to-day maintenance, including:
- Completing work orders
- Unit turns / make-readies
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and repairs
- Painting, drywall, and general upkeep
- Helping maintain clean and safe property grounds
- Appliance repairs
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1-2 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to handle general maintenance tasks independently
- Reliable transportation
