Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • California SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience in school settings, pediatric speech therapy, or healthcare environments is highly valued
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred for diverse student engagement
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and enthusiastic about student-focused interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy for K-12 students in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective intervention plans
  • Provide support to teachers and families, offering strategies for successful communication and academic progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Foster an encouraging and inclusive space for all learners, celebrating their achievements
