We're seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living. If you enjoy helping others and want to work with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Provide incontinence care, including diaper changes.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and occasional lifting using safe techniques.
- Help clients with walking and mobility support.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
- Provide companionship and encourage meaningful engagement.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the care team.
Qualifications:
- Caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we provide training for the right candidate.
- Comfortable providing personal care, including bathing and diaper changes.
- Able to assist with transfers and occasional lifting.
- Reliable, compassionate, patient, and professional.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
