Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid California credential with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Authorization.
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral analysis in educational settings.
- Expertise with case management, behavioral intervention plans, and supporting students with diverse backgrounds.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs and schedules during maternity leave coverage.
- Availability to start on or after August 5, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized plans for students.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement strategies supporting academic and social-emotional growth.
- Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, staff, and family members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school protocols and compliance standards.
- Regularly monitor progress, adjust interventions, and communicate updates with relevant stakeholders.
