Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Warehouse Associate
Location: Carson, CA
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming materials, tools, and equipment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load trucks using forklifts, overhead cranes, or other warehouse equipment
- Oracle ERP experience
- Move materials between warehouse locations and production areas
- Label, organize, and maintain accurate inventory
- Prepare shipping documents for UPS, LTL, air freight, and other carriers
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to learn warehouse operations and inventory systems
- Strong math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand safety instructions in English
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of work eligibility
