Duties
• Style and cut hair according to clients' preferences and latest trends
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
• Use various techniques such as hair threading to create desired hairstyles
• Apply makeup for special occasions or as part of a regular beauty routine
• Utilize salon software to manage appointments, inventory, and client information
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to salon standards
• Upsell services and products to clients, increasing salon revenue
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other stylists to create a cohesive and welcoming salon environment
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work
• Knowledge of various hair threading techniques
• Familiarity with salon software and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong mentoring and training skills
• Willingness to continue learning and staying up-to-date with the latest hair care and styling trends
• Adherence to salon sanitation standards
• Ability to upsell services and products to clients
• Proficiency in MINDBODY or similar salon management software

We also provide manicure and pedicure services for children and have a party room for private celebrations.
