Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Positions are contract-based with flexible options to match your preferred working style, including onsite, hybrid, remote, and travel placements. Some travel roles even offer generous bonuses of up to $5,000 as an additional incentive.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in a school-based environment is highly regarded
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and fostering a positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions (either in-person or virtually, depending on your role)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with district and state guidelines
