Key Qualifications:
- Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated classroom management abilities
- Dedication to helping students achieve academic, social, and emotional growth

- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s specific needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where all students feel valued and supported
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, related service providers, and administration
- Build meaningful relationships and maintain regular communication with families to support student progress
- Use data-driven strategies to track student growth and adapt instructional approaches as needed
- Encourage students to recognize their strengths and advocate for themselves within their learning environments
