We're hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to help build teams that represent North America's largest privately owned energy and gas company. No recruiting experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and are looking for someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
If you've worked in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or any people-focused role, you'll likely have the communication skills we're looking for.
What You'll Do:
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for future team members. Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in helping our office grow.
Your responsibilities include:
- Reviewing applicants from multiple online job boards
- Calling and texting candidates to schedule interviews
- Conducting preliminary interviews to qualify applicants
- Welcoming candidates into the office and creating a positive first impression
- Assisting managers with interview scheduling and daily calendars
- Completing onboarding paperwork for newly hired team members
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and follow-up communications
- Supporting daily recruiting operations and office organization
