Key qualifications sought for this role:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active CA SLP License
- Valid CTC document, such as a preliminary or clear SLP credential, or a Certificate of Clearance
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome, provided supervision is confirmed
- Experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Ability to travel between up to four schools within a one-hour or 20-mile commute radius
- Commitment to a full-time schedule: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of approximately 55-60 students from diverse age groups
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy
- Collaborating with educational staff and support teams—case management handled by dedicated personnel at each site
- Providing thorough documentation and progress updates
- Ensuring best practices and compliance with IEP requirements
- Assessment materials reimbursement (please budget for approximately $2500 in materials)
