Location: Carson, CA
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Carson distribution team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the movement, accuracy, and traceability of aerospace fastener inventory while ensuring exceptional service for our customer.

The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and comfortable working with limited on-site supervision. Because this role is located at a customer site, strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Associates support all warehouse operations and may rotate between departments based on business needs, including:

  • Receiving and verifying incoming materials, quantities, and certifications
  • Performing inventory control, put-away, cycle counts, and inventory organization
  • Assembling customer kits according to work orders and quality requirements
  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately
  • Preparing shipments, shipping documentation, labels, and Bills of Lading
  • Processing transactions within the ERP system (SAP or similar)
  • Maintaining product traceability and inventory accuracy
  • Identifying and reporting discrepancies, damaged materials, or missing documentation
  • Following AS9100 quality standards, company procedures, and safety requirements
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assisting with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including beginner-level Excel
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Dependable, professional, and organized
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple warehouse functions

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
  • Inventory control and cycle counting
  • Shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and kitting
  • Material handling and warehouse equipment operation
