What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (state requirements apply)
  • Recent experience working in school-based settings, particularly elementary level
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 45–55 students spanning general education and special day classes
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative team player eager to work alongside educators and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver therapy and monitor progress for both general education and special day class populations
  • Document interventions, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Educate and counsel families and staff on strategies for student success
