What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (state requirements apply)
- Recent experience working in school-based settings, particularly elementary level
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45–55 students spanning general education and special day classes
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Collaborative team player eager to work alongside educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy and monitor progress for both general education and special day class populations
- Document interventions, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate and counsel families and staff on strategies for student success
