What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment is valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and creative approach to supporting students’ unique needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with diverse communication challenges
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
- Serve as a resource for teachers and staff, contributing to an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary collaboration
