Job Summary:
MacGinnis Orthodontics, located in Fullerton, CA, is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-focused, and brings a great personality along with strong orthodontic clinical experience. This role supports the orthodontist and clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, positive environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

Take impressions, x-rays, and photographs as needed

Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care

Maintain accurate patient records

Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols

Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required

Strong chairside assisting skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Great personality with a team-oriented mindset

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience:

Orthodontic assisting: 2+ years (required)
