Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to become a part of our dedicated team. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, faith-oriented atmosphere.

About the Role

The pediatric anesthesiology division is responsible for the care of around 11,000 children across various clinical environments, including:

  • Operating rooms in children's hospitals
  • Interventional cardiology and radiology
  • MRI and CT scan facilities
  • Radiation oncology
  • Gastrointestinal suites

Our pediatric cardiac anesthesia team handles over 200 intricate cardiac procedures annually, including heart transplants. We also have a well-established pediatric fellowship training program alongside a strong residency program.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $462,000 to $562,000. This range reflects the starting base salary, which is adjusted based on experience and faculty rank, typically between $403,000 and $461,000. Note that this figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
