Job DescriptionSeeking an automotive service advisor. Our Automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs. Some experience preferred, but not required. Will train. Must have computer skills.
- Must have good customer service skills, including answering the phone in a professional manner.
- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and maintenance.
- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates.
- Prior experience in automotive service writing.
- Knowledge using computer to write up customer repair estimates.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
