We're looking for a Sales & Distribution Specialist to play a vital role in supporting customers, coordinating product deliveries, managing orders, assisting with sales activities and helping ensure products get where they need to be-on time and with exceptional service.

What You'll Do
As a Sales & Distribution Specialist, you'll help connect customers, sales, production and distribution operations.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Process customer orders, quotes, contracts, returns and account requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Support sales representatives with account management and customer follow-up.
- Assist with customer outreach, lead generation and sales support activities.
- Communicate product updates, inventory availability and delivery information.
- Coordinate and execute deliveries to customers and company locations.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Review shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate delivery updates and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist with receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Load, unload, stage, palletize, wrap, label and transport products safely.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Support warehouse, manufacturing and distribution operations as needed.
- Work closely with customers, sales teams, warehouse personnel, manufacturing teams and distribution partners.
- Help drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the organization.
- Other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, distribution, inventory, warehouse operations, manufacturing or related fields.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
