Our team manufactures concrete mixer drums, replacement parts and we offer factory repair service. We are seeking a MIG Welder to become an integral part of our team! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble concrete mixer drums and related parts. This job would be paid hourly/piecework.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and weld prefabricated component parts into finished metal products
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Work environment would be inside and outside concrete mixer barrels
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in welding (1 year experience)
- Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
- Must pass physical and drug test prior to hiring
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must provide work boots
- Must be able to lift 50-70lbs
- Must be willing to work 40-50 hours per week
