Direct Counsel has partnered with a growing firm in Los Angeles; they are considered a powerhouse in the field of plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation. We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join their team, focusing on the prosecution of employment class and representative actions, involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters.

- Candidates must be either
- (a) licensed to practice law in California
- (b) already licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the California Bar.
- The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in California and have 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, including experience with discovery in the civil litigation context, oral advocacy and appearing in Court, motion practice and taking/defending depositions.
- Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus.
- Candidates must be able to travel on occasion.
- A positive attitude and interest in joining a highly successful firm and collegial group of 50+ attorneys dedicated to helping those who have experienced injustice in the workplace across Washington.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
